Seems like NuGet somehow changed the the Azure Cloud Instance / Datacenter for http://docs.nuget.org/ today - so I had to wait about one hour to read in there again...

Lesson learned: if you rely on any public Azure Cloud Service ensure
a) you have no DNS Caching active in your Network
or
b) you have an Admin ready to refresh your DNS cache

Or you may have no access to a changed Service for some / a significant time.
Nothing too crucial, but good to know...
