Why are there so many systems out there that are designed by but not for humans?
Electronic Cash systems that can not reprint in case of a paper jam, POS systems that can not combine more than one way of paying for a single customer (in case of using prepaid systems), card readers that can not handle if the customer puts the cards in before the cashier has "activated" it by confirming card payment on the cash register...
I guess we still have to learn a lot in software development - coders & designers to be more user friendly, and the managers to invest the time and money required for that...

Seems like NuGet somehow changed the the Azure Cloud Instance / Datacenter for http://docs.nuget.org/ today - so I had to wait about one hour to read in there again...
Lesson learned: if you rely on any public Azure Cloud Service ensure
a) you have no DNS Caching active in your Network
or
b) you have an Admin ready to refresh your DNS cache
Or you may have no access to a changed Service for some / a significant time.
Nothing too crucial, but good to know...
